No response or delivery

Hi have tried to make contact in every possible way and I'm simply being ignored. I placed an order on the 6th December and thought that as per the usual fast delivery I would get my order quickly as I need it for a function this week. Now only I see all the complaints and posts about orders and terrible service. Please send my order ASAP.
