No response on my order

I placed an order with Zando on 21 November. 22 November they said the order had been dispatched. I am currently still waiting for my order to arrive 10 working days later. I have tried to email but there is no response. When i call the number on the site i am on hold for up to 8 minutes straight.

I would just like some answers with regard to where my parcel is?
