No response from Zando

I ordered a handbag from Aldo-Zando and after receiving the product i requested a return and refund to my credit card. It has been 2 days and I have not received any call from a courier guy to arrange for collection. I sent numerous emails to [Email Removed] without any reply. I made the mistake in reordering a guess handbag for double the price and still my first order hangs in the air. As a first time buyer i'm very dissapointed in the service they give. This is not a pleasant experience.
