No response

I placed an order online and chose the EFT method thinking that I can use my bank to pay, only to find out that its not support, I tried calling Zando call center to cancel the order so that I can re order using cash on delivery method but to my surprise there was no response, I even sent an email to them but still I did not get a respond as well and I need the product I ordered ASAP.<br> <br> I am very disappointed.
