No Response!

No response from Zando about my parcel! I've sent multiple emails. Order was placed on black friday. I paid for it and got an email saying that my order is confirmed. That night I got another email saying that one of the items that I've purchased is out of stoc**** After I've purchased it! And they gave me a coupon code for the value of the item. After no response on the whereabouts of my parcel I've requested a refund instead of a coupon because I am never shopping at Zando again!

I don't want a coupon. I want my item or a refund. If I use my coupon I'll have to pay for shipping AGAIN. And I'll probably experience the same pathetic service AGAIN.
