No response

I bought a pair of boots and a pair of tekkies from Zando on a special they were running that if u buy for R2000 u get R650 off. I put in the discount code and placed the order. But when the order went through the whole amount was taken from my account. I sent them an email, I got an automatic response which said they are experiencing high volumes and its been 2 and a half weeks with no response. I phoned them and talked to the customer service lady and she told me she had to get authorisation from a manager and get back to me within 5 minutes....once again its been a week without any response. Overall really bad service.
