No refund or communication after 2months

I bought an item 2months ago and the wrong item was delivered. After a return, I had to wait cos they cant process my refund until they get the other item back(How is their incompetence my problem). After 6 weeks of being told nothing useful, i get an email refund is complete ans money will reflect in my account 3 to 7 days. It's been ***en 2 weeks. They dont pick up the call or reply mails or DMs. Pathetic service, Im never buying again with them
