NO REFUND GIVEN AND NO RESPONSE FROM MELISSA

Hi there

Im hoping that i can be assisted with my experience from Zando and NO RESPONSE from Melissa (***).

Firstly Zando was very oind to deal with but refused to give me refund on a faulty item. I have provided them with dates regarding when item broke and explained to them that i contacted Melissa first to discuss the sneakers. So due to Melissa not responding that delayed me contacting Zando.

I then contacted Melissa again on email provided and still NO RESPONSE was given.

I paid a full amount R1099 plus shopping for this item and not Zando nor Melissa(with NO RESPONSE) is willing to refund me.

I have the origanal packing and item to return.

Please can you assist me. I provided everything i have regarding this item but Zando was not willing to refund me.
