No refund from Zando

I bought a watch from Zando which stated that it was a leather strap.<br> I used it for about two weeks and the trap started cracking, I was shocked when this happened because leather straps don't crack,<br> especially not this soon . I returned the watch for a refund and they took it back. This was on the 1st of December 2015,<br> I have since been sent from pillar to post and haven't been getting any answers. <br>
