NO REFUND AFTER TWO WEEKS

Return not collected and refund outstanding

This must have been the most shocking service ever. I requested an exchange on an item I bout 2 weeks ago, I logged the return on the same day the item was delivered two weeks ago. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the item to be collected. I even cancelled the exchange because of the horrible service , I now want my money back TODAY PLEASE . This is the worst on line shopping experience ever . Someone must contact me today and I need my money today
