No Refund after 3 Month!!!!

Why should customera wait 3 month for a refund and yet no refund. People work hard for their money and they end up losing it. Which means Zando is *****ing from their customers and not refunding like they promised. I'v used them plenty time before for other good but looks like their refunds department is not up to scratch.
