No order received but I paid a month ago!

I have sent numerous emails to Zando about my order placed and paid for on 10/12/2018 which is almost a month back (Order number ********** 17). I received a request no # ********** on 28/12/2018 with no actual feedback. The website shows my order was delivered but I have nothing. Please URGENTLY assist
