No interest in customer service!!!!

@ end of Nov i ordered 4 goods from Zando. After having to wait a few days i was informed that 1 of the goods was no longer in stock but the rest of my stuff will be processed. Only nearly 2 weeks from date of payment was i told that my stuff has still not been shipped. I then had to fight to get delivery immediately. The consultant then promised overnight express to have to courier deliver to me by the Monday. Monday nothing happened. I phined in again and i was told that they will try get to get hold of the courier. I had to phone back twice with no answer! I then cancelled my order and asked for an immediate refund. It has now been almost another 2 weeks since and no refund has been made. I phoned in again today to just be told i will need to speak to my bank and all they will do is email me my proof if refund. I still have not received any email. No effort was made to look into the problem except that i must deal with it myself.
