No feedback on delivery of my order

So i order my items on 29 May 2019. My items have been processed since the 29th. I had go online to check this. I've tried calling, holding on for 13 minutes and no answer. No reply to any of my three emails sent in the last two days.

Please i just want to find out where my order is
