no express delivery 15 minutes north of durban airport :(

I have been informed that my area Ballito/Salt Rock Kzn area code 4391 does not qualify for Express delivery. I would believe the orders come in at the airport and areas in Main cities close-by would quality. However areas in Durban and even as far as Pinetown which are further away from the Airport do qualify but Ballito/Salt Rock doesnt. I ordered today 15.08 thinking i could use express delivery as I need my order on Saturday 18.08 but i was horrified that I could only get them by Monday-Wednesday next week between 20 Aug and 22 Aug (3-5 days is never 3 only 5 days i guess) when Salt Rock /Ballito is much closer to the Airport (15 minutes) than Durban and far closer than Pinetown (which is 40 minutes away!) that they offer Express delivery to. There is no fairness in this at all in my opinion, if the parcels are flown in to Durban Ballito is a totally logical place to offer Express Delivery to as there are thousands of people living here. It will not help me to get my order next week unfortunately.

Lets hope that the order even gets here. Even Takealot can deliver faster...
