No exchanges will be processed even when Zando get the order wrong!! Pathetic.

Ordered an item and the wrong size was delivered. Despite the error being Zando's, there's no exchange policy and you have to wait for a refund and reorder the item. Did this and AGAIN (whilst refund was being still being processed) the wrong size was delivered. Zando's error for a second time but they refuse to drop off the correct item and pick up the return at the same time as they don't do exchanges - even when it's their fault. Only way to get the item is to order and pay again - they advised me to do this. No, i'm done. Never again.
