No delivery/feedback since November

I had ordered 4 pairs of school shoes separately.

2 of my orders have not arrived since November. I have sent several emails and numerous telephonic follow ups and have never received my paid for orders or feedback. I keep get told that the address is updated and it will be sent out , still nothing. Called again a week ago and still awaiting feedback. I spend on average R1000 on Zando a month. This is pathetic customer service. I have my email trail and telephone bills to prove my follow ups. I would have left the.purchases of I did not.pay, however these were paid for upfront!
