No delivery! Want my money back

I have been waiting for my delivery forever. The delivery guys were lost and i called them with my airtime directing them and they told me that they arrived. What a waste of my airtime!!! I emailed customer service and guess what? Have not gotten a response in 2 days.

I want my money back. You can keep your stuff.
