no delivery waiting 3 weeks!!

I placed an order and paid for it on the 20th November and expected delivery round about 23rd November. Its the 08th December and I still haven't received my Parcel. I tried calling customer care line but they make you hold on forever. I sent an email on the 02 December and on the 06 December. No Reply from Zando yet, not even an sms.

I WANT MY PARCEL TODAY STILL !!!!!
