NO DELIVERY, STILL WAITING FOR ORDER, MANAGEMENT DONT RESPOND

Worst service. Placed an order for an outfit for a wedding on the 16 December. Ordered it 10 days ago and still have not received it. Had to go and buy something else. Called call centre and they were totally unhelpful. Said that the items cannot be returned when i get them even though the dress is for an occassion on the 16th. What is the point of ordering something with an online company if you cannot get it on time. Then you are also told you cannot return items when you do get them, you cancel the order either. Poor service, terrible policies. Yet they are advertising a service where you can order an outfit and have it delivered in 3 hours in cape town?
