no-delivery of order ***

I placed an online order on the 6th of August 2015(after business hours) and then on the 13th of August I received an sms to say my order is out on delivery. The 14th of August I called to enquire and I was told it would definitely be delivered on the 17th of August, it was not delivered and I called to complain about the non-delivery and I was promised that it would be delivered today the 18th of August, it has not been delivered.<br> <br> The estimated delivery time was between 12th and 14th of August and I was planning to wear the shoes I had ordered on the 15th.
