No delivery, no support , no communication

Hi

I placed my order 17 May and it was dispatched 22 May. Was supposed to receive it between 27 May and 1 June. I have received noting. No reply on my emails send to Zando support, you cant call them. This is terrible, no communication from them. Did I lose my money? Do they still exist?
