No delivery, no response, no communication

I Placed an order on the 27/11/2018 & have tried to follow up which has been a nightmare calls dont get answer emails dont get responded to there is just no possible way to speak to anyone at Zando basically. Im travelling in a few days & need the delivery before Friday could someone please get back to me alternatively cancel my order & refund my account asap
