No delivery from Zando more than a month later

I ordered an item from Zando late November 2015, I unfortunately had to request to return the item, I needed a change in size, fortunately they had the size I required in stock. The request was received within a day & was collected the following day to start the process. I kept on querying, as it was taking longer than I had hoped. Allowing the said grace period of 10 working days, I followed up once again, of course nobody had been keeping me up to date regarding this & was told Zando has a backlog of orders & would receive my order soon.<br> I kept checking the security gates at both delivery addresses I had provided & my online tracking & still no delivery.
