No delivery from Zando

I haven't ordered from Zando for more than a year and then on 10/11/2021 i went and ordered from them expected delivery date was 15 or 17/11 guess what its quiet no sms or email this is the reason why i stopped using Zando's services initially,i guess im a sucker for pain....never again
