no delivery for 3 weeks

I have received bad bad pathetic service with zando I ordered on the 21st needed my items within that 3 to 5 working days delivery as they say wen you order ,but till now i am waiting wen I call consultants cant even tell me what is the delay or when can I expect my order I am very very angry for such service as I already paid for my items and the inconvenience they have caused for me .
