NO DELIVERY

I have been shopping on Zando for years yet they had to disappoint me now for my birthday. My order ***9 has still not been delivered yet the website says my order has been delivered, i have sent numerous emails and DM's and still no response from them. Its been nearly a month with no feedback or apology from them.
