No Delivery and Poor Customer service

I placed an order on the 4th December 2017. My order was meant to be delivered by yesterday 11th December. I have tried calling them many time. I have even emailed them numerous times but no one has communicated anything to me regarding my outstanding order. This is extremely poor customer service.
