no delivery and no response.... still waiting Zando

i placed an order with zando on the 25 June and then received an email that it was dispatched on the 30june and should be delivered by the 2 july18. today is the 5th. they have not responded to the 2 emails i have send and i am unable to get through on their customer help line, its just continuous music... the service with zando has just gone from bad to worse!!!!
