No delivery and no reply' bad service

I purchased a shoe from zando 28 feb 2016. It should have been delivered by 4 march 2016 at the latest. I have sent 3 emails regarding delivery . No one has rep****! They are quick to debit your account but do not care on providing the service. Will not recommend them to anyone. Spree and superbalist are more effecient and provide a better service anyday!!!
