No delivery

Zando what is going on??? put in an order for nearly R2000 on the 3rd March. Payment made immediately. To get a sms to say parcel is on route on the 5th March. Being patient I waited till the 9th and contacted you and was told delivery is on its way. Then to my surprise I received an email requesting to fill out a return of items . Huh? ?? How can I return items I've never received yet. Got on the phone AGAIN to be promised that delivery will be made by the next day. Fine the next day was the 11th it didnt come ...I let it go....next day came..still no sight of delivery. Today is the 17 March and let and behold I'm still waiting!!! Been on the phone asked to speak to manager and I am still waiting for the manager to call back. Completely unacceptable service. Not a happy customer at all.
