No delivery

I placed an order on the 1st, received an sms on the 5th of March that my order will be delivered that day. I phoned customer services on Friday morning the 6th and was informed it will be delivered on Friday. Phoned today again as nothing was delivered on Friday and was told they are unable to get hold of the delivery guy to find out where my order is. I have had no phone call from the delivery company to try and make arrangement for this delivery. I spoke to Sham and Nandile at the customer care office today and Nandile did call me back to say she is unable to get hold of the delivery guy. I really do find it unacceptable that I get an sms to say I will receive my parcel on the 5th and to date have not received anything. I ordered the clothing for a function, which I now doubt I will receive in time and will have to go an buy other items to wear which is an additional expense.
