no delivery

I've recently ordered a few items from Zando and on the day of my delivery my goods were not delivered directly to my home , but were rather ******. Yet on my account MY GOODS HAS A DELIVERY STATUS.

the delivery man paid my helper R500 as a hush bribe. Ive since spoken to the company in regards to this matter and was promised a reorder. Since having said that Zando has not contacted me nor are they answering my calls.

Its been 3weeks now
