No delivery

<p>I have been a customer of zando for long time. I am not happy with their service lately, it is going from bad to worse. No delivery, nobody responds to queries.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently bought from them again, on 27/02 I got mail confirming that I will receive my parcel shortly cause my item is now handed over to their courier partner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didn't receive anything & from 09/03 ,I have been emailing zando to follow up on my order ********** 56, the respond I got from them this week was "can I confirm my address", how can that be the issue after I have been using them for years & get deliveries @ the same address??</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is 15/03 yet no delivery. I sent them mail, what must I do to receive my parcel, yet no response. I am very dissapointed in this kind of service.</p> <p> </p>
