No delivery

Hi, I ordered 2 parcels to be delivered from Zando. One was shoes and the other a dress. The shoes was delivered but not the dress. After 2 weeks Im still querying with them about the whereabouts of the dress. They sent proof of delivery but you cannot even see the date or description of the parcel. So Im not sure if it is in fact the correct proof of delivery.
