No Delivery

I have bought something from Zando on the 24th and on the 29 I received an SMS telling me that my order will be delivered that day. I stayed at the office until late after 5 PM but no one came. The following day I sent an email to Zando asking about the delivery of my order but no one responded I stayed again until late but still not delivered, I tried calling their Zando call center but still no one picked the phone. On the 2nd Of March I called already in the morning and I was told they are using RTT and they said delivery failed. I called RTT to find out what happened they told that I wasn't available so they have returned the parcel back to Zando. I asked how I wasn't available because I'm been always in the office and I couldn't get an answer, they can't even tell me what time did they come to the office this is absolute ***** no one ever bother to deliver. Above all I needed these things for my vacation and now I have to live without them
