No Customer Service!
This is an email I had sent to Zando, 3 days ago, and still no response after I had requested a call back form them on Friday (08/06/2018):
Hi,
I am rather writing this email with utmost disappointment on my part.
I placed the above order on the 29th for my son and though this is a good bargain, now knowing that I was shooting myself in the foot. I queried this on the 1st of June as I could see that it still had a processed status and this is rather unusual with you guys. The agent [Quanita I think] I spoke to informed me of the move that you guys had done but assured me that the status will change to shipped. I furthermore then asked her if she would be able to check the status of the order on her side, seeing that there was no update on my side, she did this willingly and re-iterated that the status will change to “shipped” [not cancelled] and I will be getting my order by Monday or Tuesday the latest, which would have been the 4th or the 5th.
Patiently I waited for the status to change but, no, it did not, I wasted more money by calling in everytime to get an update on my order. I kept on trying until I eventually got through to an agent by the name of Jodie on the 5th and explained what the issue was as I needed to find out what the status is. Jodie advised that my order is between warehouses and there are delays that you guys are experiencing and I should expect the item within 2 additional days and I will be getting the order within the week and reconfirmed that the order will be delivered by Friday and should look out for the SMS sooner than Friday. As far as I know, the only SMS I should be looking out for is one which notifies me of my order being dispatched to your couriers. Nowhere was I ever informed that some of the items may be out of stock due to the move.
Soon after our conversation, I received the attached personalised email clearly stating: “We are currently moving our warehouse and are currently unable to locate all items on your order - don't worry, they are there... we just haven't unpacked fully at our new warehouse yet.”………
Two days after receiving this, I got a cancellation email and my funds were now automatically allocated to my account, without my consent after me being in constant touch with you guys. I then called in again and spoke to an agent by the name of Azah, and she tried to give me this fib story and I quoted the whole email to her and as she may have seen, I called you guys on numerous occasions trying to get feedback on this. Azah then stated that she can put me through to the person who drafted the email as she claimed that it was a general email and my argument was you clearly knew that you had stock, therefor, you were comfortable enough to promise me the above. I informed the agent that I am not willing to stay on the line anymore and requested that she asks the individual to contact me and left my cellphone number and work telephone number, but till today, no one has bothered. I have never imagined Zando to be of such disgrace.
