No customer service

I orders from Zando and when I received it the order was not correct. I have been trying to get hold of them now for 4 days via phone, Facebook and email and absolutely no response. No one answers their phones and they don't respond to anything else either. Their website is not allowing me to do a return and my 14 day period I have is almost up.

I went onto their Facebook page and it seems like so many other people are experiencing this problem! What shocking service and how sad to give online shopping in SA such a bad name!!!
