No change in order status and no delivery

I placed an order on your Website on the 25th November 2018 - ORDER # ********** 5 It says standard delivery applies to this order and as you have stated so "Convincingly" in your Delivery FAQs - "Our delivery policy states delivery within 3 – 5 working days, and we will move the earth to deliver it as promised. "

I am aware that it has only been 5-6 working days, but my order status still shows "Order is being processed 02:28 25-11-2018", no updates since then.

As you are aware that you guys have yet again shot yourselves in the foot and will undoubtedly lose whatever business stake you have in SA if you continue with this level of Customer service. All anyone needs to do is search for Zando reviews.....

I trust you will sort this out and perhaps improve or create a new business model, because at this moment you are making more enemies than happy customers.
