next delivery that did not arrive!!!item is still in capetown

i ordered two boots from zando yesterday at 12:30pm and paid for next day delivery Its 2:28pm and i havent recieved the item yet...i called zando two hours ago spoke to miche who informed me that she will follow up and give me a call in few mins 1 hour later no call recieved...i called zando again spoke to claudia she advised that they didnot recieve feedback yet from courier and she will follow up and let me know and if I dont get my delivery today they will refund me for the delivery!!!!I called the courier company who advised me that the item was in capetown and will not get delivered today...being absolutely ****ed off called Zando again bearing in mind i held on the call for 20 mins each time i called....spoke to Jill who informed me that the courier says its in Capetwon but according to there system its going to be delivered today....She then said the manager will call me back i am waiting for 20 mins no one has called....I bought this shoes for a function i am attending hence the urgency for the delivery....is this the service a customer gets???????????? each consultant lying to client to call back and giving me different information...why offer a service of next day if zando cannot fulfill it? i am absolutely dissapointed with this service and the level of professionalism from the zando staff.....i have seen alot of negative reviews on delivery and never thought much of it until now...im a regular customer of zando and this will be changing ....i rather purchase with superbalist as i never encountered this
