New "Best Price Guarantee" is great!

I have seen Zando advertising their new "Best Price Guarantee" and I was interested as they have a huge range of items but I am always very price sensitive. I saw a pair of shoes on 28/01/2018 at one of their competitor's sites at a significant reduction to Zando's normal price. I decided to take Zando up on the "Best Price Guarantee" and filled in the online form which was easy to do and I received an automated response on the site that I would receive a coupon code within 24 hours. It was so easy I decided to do it again for a second pair on sale at the competitor. On the morning of 29/01/2018 I received two coupon codes giving me a price a little under 10% less than the competitor's price! I had a little issue with one of the codes but the other worked quite quickly and I currently have two orders placed with Zando at an excellent price. A big thank you to Julia Tom at the Customer Service team for the prompt emails with the codes! I was skeptical about how effective this new offer would be, but Zando were as good as their word and "Best Price Guarantee" is a real winner in my books!
