Never received refund!

So they keep telling me they've made the refund , I keep checking my bank account and keep telling them I've never received the refund. They keep sending a proof of payment which is not even a valid one from a bank saying they did. So were at a Mexican stand off I'm the only person that's losing is me -MY MONEY!!!
