Never received my order

<p>Order something and was promised that it would be delivered from the 1st to the 5th, today's the 9th and I'm still wait. Tried calling them and the call keeps on dropping after holding for more the 5 minutes. Sent them an email but never rep****. I did get through once, asked about my order, the girl said she'll call me back but never did. I don't know what to do, can't contact them, no ones communicating with me about the order, I can't even cancel it because of this communication breakdown. Order ********** 86 </p>
