Never purchase zando in store gift cards

Generally had good service from Zando but i'd recommend you never buy an in store gift card for someone... first it was expired then after 20 mins on the phone they sorted that out only to not be able to use it because it doesn't work with automatically discounted specials...there is no way to cancel the discount so i can just use the code, also i may as well just have been given cash instead of a zando voucher what makes it worse is if i was given cash i may not even use zando so by being given a zando specific voucher i lose out on any specials that they run when it is supposed to be a 400gift card so why does it exclude me from specials...my advice don't ever buy a zando specific in store gift card.
