NEVER ORDER FROM ZANDO

On the 23rd of November I ordered one small item from Zando. The assured me the item would be delivered within 5 days. On the 11th of December I called and waited for 30 mins for someone to answer the phone. When someone finally answered they assured me that the package has been dispatched and I would receive it the next day. The next day I got a whatsapp from someone with the same name as me. She said she had recieved my package in Cape Town. I live in Pretoria. My address and contact number and full name was stated on the order, the only similarity was our names. How does that even happen????

Today (18 December) I call Zando again, again for 30 minutes I wait to speak to someone. When they finally answer, the have no idea that my package was delivered to the wrong person. The other lady sent me correspondence between her and Zando, yet the tell me they have no idea where the package is now. They dont know if its been picked up or with Dawn Wing or at their warehouse, so I will have to wait till they have investigated. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. They never reply to mails, take 30 mins to answer and have no idea what is going on with the orders. USELESS SERVICE. Use Takealot.
