NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS ********!!!

On the 11th Of December I placed an order with Zando and bought Christmas Presents for my wife there with the promise ON THERE WEBSITE that I will get the package in 3 to five working days. Well..... Its long overdue, they DO NOT answer the telephone when I try to phone them and THEY DO NOT CARE TO REPLY ANY OF MY EMAILS (several sent). I want my order THIS WEEK STILL, Tomorrow. If I try and track the order online, the last thing showing is 11 December, Order Processing. You better SORT THIS OUT ZANDO!!!!!!!!
