NEVER EVER AGAIN - Zando

I ordered a sandal last week(9 March) and it has still not arrived. I have been calling and emailing which does not help cause the response is the same . I had this problem previously as well where an item was not delivered on time and I had to purchase an alternative ! I spoke to a person from customer service today (17 March) and he advised that if the order does not arrive in time I should either cancel my order or they can send me to place where I can pick the item up. Firstly i ordered it for a reason and if i found the item elsewhere I wouldn't have ordered it. Secondly, I paid for delivery so I expect it to be delivered ! Now I should waste my time and money to pick it up!! Will NEVER use zando again !!!!!
