Never buy anything from Zando!!!

I have baught boots from Zando 2 months ago. As it is difficult to know if shoes will fit and be comfortable from just a few online pictures. I got a lot a lot of different pairs, so I can fit and choose which ones to keep and which to send back. There are no walk in shops anywhere for Zando, so I that's the only way to try on their shoes as they are only an online store.

But the boots I logged for a return, has up to now not been collected and after so many emails to the them and online chats, still nothing has been done to get courier services to pick up my boxes.

My advice : don't buy from Zando.
