My delivery still not here

<p>I am unhappy with the service I received from zando, first time using you guys and I doubt I will again. I was advised my order will be delivered Friday 31march and when they get here they don't call me instead they ask the reception to email me REALLY why do you have my contacts if you won't call me when you deliver????? Again I am still wanting Monday the 3rd and my order is not here. Last I checked I didn't not give you problems when I made the payment but yet I am still waiting for my order....I am not happy about this at all and I need answers. I want this resolved and i want to know what time they will deliver my package and they must call me to come down to get the package </p>
