MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHIC EVER !!!

Most pathetic customer service ever!!! They don't respond to customer emails. Still awaiting my order placed on the 13th July with no response!!! Spoke to 2 customer care consultants and have been promised a call from a manager to let me know where my order is...ja right !!! Like that's ever going to happen!!!
